Due to their handwritten nature and the passage of time, the data may contain spelling variations, period abbreviations, or inaccuracies inherent to the original document. Registro.Italiano faithfully reproduces the content of the documents consulted.

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for verifying whether the record found corresponds to their ancestor. We recommend that, before requesting certificates or starting Italian citizenship recognition procedures, the user confirm the compatibility of the data (full name, date, parentage) with the family information available to them.

4. Limitation of Liability

Registro.Italiano is not liable for:

• Decisions made by the user based on the information provided;
• Certificate requests or procedures started from a mistaken identification of the record;
• Costs arising from certificate requests concerning a person other than the intended one;
• Any variations between the data displayed and the original content of the historical document.

5. Refund Policy

The comune unlock service is final and non-refundable after the information is delivered, since the digital content is made available instantly. In the event of an error demonstrably attributable to the platform, the user may request a review at info@registroitaliano.com.

By making the payment, the user declares to have read and fully agreed to these terms.
